Why is it that when you spell "illuminati" backwards, you get the NSA website?

The owner of a domain can redirect the website to anywhere. The itanimulli.com domain is simply being redirected to nsa.gov. I suppose the owner of the itanimulli.com domain is just some jerk who is trying to stir up conspiracy controversy.
