Every country has got it s tradition and custom and no body can stop it.India is no exception to it.Being a vast country,celebration of diwali differs from region to region.It is bound to continue.The reason for celebrating the festival is well known to all.If you are not aware,it is your fault.Bursting of crackers could be minimized to keep the environment clean.
