Okay, now this is getting weird.... (Windows 7)?

I bought a HP Pavilion when I was in Milano and it's italian, but I'm not from italy and I don't understand their language... Okay, i know that the OS is Italian, but now even google chrome and other softwares are going in italian, when i search on google the results are italian etc... how to disable it and turn the softwares back to english? (not the OS)
