Just wants in pants or relationship?

ive been talking to this guy thats in my cl. when i met him, he was taken, he quickly dumped his ex and i think i had some part to do with it. after he was single, he got my number and started saying semi ual things to me like he wants to tackle me, be on top of me, etc etc. is this another case of just wanting to get in someones pants? he seems genuine and like a good friend. i mean..he told me he loved me..but a friendship love. but this is wracking my brain
