Why doesn't Obama accept the offer?

The primary reason De O'Bama could not appear on a talk show is because he is unable to speak without his prompter or notes. He only 'speaks well' when provided a set of talking points, not in question and answer talks. If you will go to some of is 'press conferences' you will see him stammering and stumbling for answers or he does the double speak and never address the issue presented to him.
