Why can't more L!berals figure out that Progressivism doesn't work, the way this former Marxist did?

Those who wear rose colored gles when viewing Marxism will be the first to whine about how unfair it is when they get to live under it. These people are never happy with what they have, they are always looking over the fence at what others have, thinking that it is better. They think that the modern progressive is so much smarter and sophisticated than the likes of Marx and Starlin, they really think that they can make it work, but these are also the people that deny real history but believe in a fairy tale history to their liking. They will deny the pitfalls of Marxism or Fascism while finding fault with the greatest government model ever devised by mankind. They have the right to believe as they will, but there is no law against being an idiot unless you live in a totalitarian atmosphere.
