What is the silliest mistake you made as a parent?

OK today I gave my kids a bath, followed by lunch. I fixed ravioli for lunch and now I have little orange children. My almost 1 year old, 2 year old, and 4 year old are covered in the sauce. I didn't even think before I did it. LOL
