Is there any way to speed the extradition process?

Extradition does not apply to persons from county to county unless the counties are in different states, if the county who has his probation did not violate it then he will not be charged, once probation is transferred the former county no longer has jurisdiction over the matter, the hold up is probably just the normal court overload and his release will probably come soon.~
