Good vacation spot for 16year olds?

Me and my friend want to go on vacation this summer. We want to go to the beach no matter what. But we want to go somewhere where alot of other kids, preferably girls or age go. Someplace fun with alot to do and places to meet hotties. Also has to be semi affordable.
